How many should I take?
As Skin Omegas are a food supplement there is no limit to how many you can take however if you have severe dehydration and/or redness, we would recommend taking 3-4 Omegas a day. Dropping down to 3-2 after 3 months. Then after another 3 months, or when the dehydration has reduced dramatically, drop down to 1 a day. However, you can continue with 2-3 Omegas forever if you wish. Every skin needs more hydration!
